So no explanation for this then?

When did record those results more or less? I checked your session logs, and over the weekend and Monday it looks like there were quite a few times your DSL line dropped out.

Those results were taken after 22:00 yesterday. Over the weekend much of the same was happening for YouTube and Twitch. Session drops were probably me restarting my router. Really frustrating.

Not sure if you guys just reset my port cause my router just reset.
I'm unable to load a stream on Twitch right now.
I'm restarting my router now.

Hi AfriGuys.

I want to change my shaped capped to unshaped.

I'm on the 100GB shaped capped that's R 99. And I have AH+. So my bill is R 198. I don't want this bill to increase so I just want to change to the 50GB unshaped capped so with AH+ it will be 100GB unshaped capped.

Can you please do this for me as I'm not sure which package to choose as the package change option is very confusing.

Reason for this is that iOS app updates are terrible. Flying on Vox but slow on Afrihost. At 1.36 AM.

For all those being told their exchange is the issue do yourself a favor and test with another ISP account to see if it is in fact your exchange.

Then post both results.
 
I'm not seeing any changes on our side, is your connection up at the moment? What do your speeds look like?

I've unplugged everything and left for like 30 minutes, came back and it's now loading
