Afri*, has your technical team looked at this hop in Cape Town? Still doing the same thing and definitely seems to affect throughput. This is only in the evenings, during the day it is 35 -50ms.

Love it when my line is less than 1% of my actual throughput. And this is on youtube. (every video)
Bras is perfect, WoW is horrendous and twitch flat out doesn't work...
So my line or internet connection just went bonkers. DSL light is showing, but no internet light. Had the Telkom dude try and do a port reset, but no luck. Sigh so fault has been logged
Any ideas? Exchange issue somewhere? Line fault? There is no noise on my line, and the voice works fine. My latency was around 5000ms lol before it just went potty
Yeh pretty much. Last night things were loading very slow. When i ran a few tests, i noticed my latency had hit over 5000ms, after that it just went down. Telkom dude on the phone said line is still connected, and it doesnt show any issues on his side. So he reckons there might be a fault at the exchange, so a technitian would have to be assigned.Oh no, I hope you don't have any serious line issues again! Are you still offline this morning?

Sigh, i thought those crappy days were over![]()
Good morning. When did you change cancellation date to on or before the 23rd of month? I was under the impression you were able to cancel up until the 25th.....
Lol yeh well i do have to paint. Problem is, its F1 weekendSo did I...I guess your weekend is going to have to be spent outside - gardening or something.
Holding thumbs you get it fixed soon!![]()
Seems your answer will be to move to another area!Yeh pretty much. Last night things were loading very slow. So if I've now had a enough of getting shaped every night on my capped account, how easily and quickly can I forfeit my double data to get guaranteed unshaped speeds?
