Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

just want to say thanks for nothing as this is now the 5th time that we lose our work we were busy with like today
as after the disconnect there is no internet till the router is rebooted

Our system just terminates the session to renew the IP and radius data. Your modem should reconnect almost instantly without needing a reboot.

Wait... What? You're actually DISCONNECTING customers because YOUR pathetic systems can't handle it?

Wait for it... Wait... for it... Wait... ok, BWAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

Oh god, I'm glad I'm done with you. My MetroEthernet's 25m away...

What Genie is talking about happens every 6 days and your router should reconnect. If your connection dropping more often, this points to a separate issue which I'm happy to troubleshoot with you.
