Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

I had a 100 GB capped shaped account which I converted to a 50 GB unshaped account.
Since I did this I have noticed no difference between the two.
Currently I have a total of 84 GB which 34 GB was previous carry over.
On Monday 23rd I hit my 50 GB and all international downloads have come to a grinding halt, 0 KB/sec ?
Why is this, as my Clientzone says I still have 34 GB's.

That's very strange... There shouldn't be any difference... Can you please PM me your details quickly!
 
I upgraded from 8Mbps to 10Mbps (via Clientzone) 2 days ago, and now even though my modem shows it is synced at 10Mbps, I'm still only getting 8Mbps throughput. Any specific reason for that?

I activated Afrihost Plus on my account yesterday, previously in a response to a ticket a rep told me that even though my account was capped I would still get the double data added to my account, I have selected the account to receive double data in my cp but not gotten anything. I sent you guys a pm with my details already.

I'm just looking at my invoices and I can see that I've been billed twice as well R15.97 for Plus Prorata and another R99 for Plus again.

I'm still waiting for the sync profile for my ADSL to be changed from 8 to 10 Mbps.

2 days ago you said it shouldn't take too long, I assumed that meant same day. Can you guys please follow up for me?

It was actioned a while ago, and should have been done by now. I'll follow-up on this for you!
