That looks pretty good! :) And the speeds are holding steady?

No issues at all... Its on Fastpath atm...would like the interleaved profile again...Will ping @TelkomZA to see if he can get ot sorted but everything runs just great!

Why do you prefer your line to be on Interleaved? If you don't mind me asking. We're usually switching people to Fastpath.

Internet is extremely slow and jerky again with youtube being very slow
must be some serious shaping again or lack of ipc as after midnight it is back to normal again

We're definitely not lacking in IPC, we just did some upgrades (especially in the South).

Any tests you can show us?

I need some help. I moved to a new address, and both the Telkom Coverage map as well as the Telkom tech who was at my house today, say I can get 40Mbps VDSL (I am less than 800m away from the MSAN). My modem is also currently syncing at ~23Mbps on ADSL.

However, when I spoke with Afrihost tech support, they say that on their systems they can only push me up to 10Mbps and nothing higher.
I would like to know how this is possible? How is that I cannot go higher than 10Mbps, even though my modem is currently syncing at a speed twice that?

I also called Telkom and they cannot assist me either, so it seems this is in AH's hands. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

not 3-4 years it was earlier this year
just look back in the forum and you will see

Definitely no general issues, but we're happy to continue troubleshooting with you. :) have you logged any recent support tickets?

That sounds like a bit of a missmatch. :/ Please drop me a PM with your new line number and I'll confirm what you have available. :)

Anyone else been experiencing throttling between 8-10pm the past 2/3weeks
