You should definitely not be seeing any packet loss or latency at the moment. Could you ping bras.afrihost.com quickly.

Could you ping bras.afrihost.com from Command Prompt please, Pingplotter isn't really showing me the information that I need. By pinging bras.afrihost.com you are testing the latency to the Exchange over your DSL line which allows me to narrow down the cause of the latency.
 
Another Cape Town issue.

According to their network status site Afrihost haven't had a single adsl problem in Cape Town since 27 July....
 
Throughput (and latency) definitely an issue in Port Elizabeth for the last day or two.

Speedtest to Cape Town (SAIX):

All of the above is on an Openserve 100mbps FTTH line on Afrihost unshaped capped

I'm not getting OTP on ClientZone login, anyone else having the same issue? Have reported to AH, been a day now.

Same. I logged in but it gave me bad gateway nginx errors when I try to view any links from clientzone.

It's not logging in at all after closing the taba nd re-opening the clientzone page.

Seems to be up again. Probably restarted the server :p

I don't get any MFA when logging into the clientzone. The clientzone seems to work fine for me as well, with regards the other bad gateway posts.
 
Again at night, something is wrong with your south IPC (maybe just a PE issue) or something at night... This is on afrigreen which I was told to switch to1535050761971.png

I assume the cpt-up1 (Hop 3) is where I break out onto your Network?

Again my exchange is 100% so definitely not the issue.
