I tried logging in from a different browser and luckily got another attempt to request the OTP - thanks though!

Maybe add a button to request a new OTP in case it doesn't send successfully the first time?

Same old issues that we've been experiencing in the South for over a year. Gaming feels like it's getting throttled, experiencing latency issues with all online gaming traffic. Always from after 7pm till 9/10pm. Not getting any issues with downloads or streaming. Only gaming.

And I'm not the only one with issues.

Only resolution is switching to a WA account, then all the latency issues subside. Instantly.

Oh Afrihost, why cant I just get a connection that actually works...?

I was thinking of going up to 20MB but if 4MB doesn't even work whats the point...

Our Network Team looked into this from their side, could you test again tonight and see if there is any change please.

My twitch has been so dodgey lately. Some days I can watch in 720p, next day im watching in mobile. Line stats are good so it's not the line. It honestly feels like shaping.

Im on a capped account so there shouldn't be any shaping.

Hmm, Twitch can be sketchy, but it should never be that unstable. I've also struggled recently. Please drop me a PM with your account details so I can look into it on my side. :)
 
I'm seeing some higher latency than usual on EU gaming servers between 6pm to 9pm or so. East region on capped. No line problem or exchange congestion.

Hi Shaun, let's look into this. Can you run a traceroute to bbc.co.uk or alternatively the server of whatever game you are playing during the times mentioned?
