I am assisting a company with their footprint (email, web, apps, storage) on Afrihost.
Is there anyway to create a second administrator account, so that I have full access to all services just as the owner would see if they logged in?
Currently I have to call them each time I want to log in to get their OTP, which is an issue in itself, but I cannot find anywhere to create an elevated user.
Company is on a Platinum package if that makes any difference.
