Any email sent to @afrihost.com bounces whether it's [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and any of the Afri staff.
I was told it was fixed but still I get:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     [email protected]

Technical details of permanent failure: 
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain afrihost.com by mail.ucebox.co.za. [197.242.159.37].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 Message rejected due to user rules.

Well this is embarrassing for Afrihost, Lol. I know Outlook.com didnt like them as well for a bit. I reckon its something they will fix.

You still working on the ProMod? back in the day stuff I know.

We'll definitely need to look into this. Could you please drop me an email on [email protected] with a forward copy of the mail along with all the headers. If it's not going through, please drop me a PM :(

This is pretty ironic... I'm sorry to hear about the wall of communication issues you're facing here. I generally tend to recommend that people send any queries to [email protected]. Our ticketing system will pick up on keywords and filter your mail in the appropriate queue.

That being said, mailing [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] is not supposed to fail. Feel free to PM me instead and we'll troubleshoot this. (I'll ask AfriMan to check out his inbox) :)

That's pretty weird, got a ton of PM's in and I usually clear my PM's pretty regularly. Also getting plenty of emails on my afriman email address so we'll need to figure out why you are getting this experience :(

The traceroute is about right, we use Cloudflare for the Afrihost.com site, so it may look a bit different.
 
How will I know when this is fixed, or is it the customers fault again or whoever is to blame ?
I need to communicate with your accounts department and atm I cannot do that :(
