Afrihost - data missing and cut off and data comes back

Any update on this? This is getting ridiculous.

I got no feedback from Afrihost yet. Can just hope someone is prepared to look into it. What does bother is at no stage did the system trigger an email to indicate I have used all my data. I was notified correctly up to 95% use of my allocation.
