Afrihost - Daylight Robbery

They knew it was you so you got Thor pricing. :p

Have you tried phoning them & asking?

Daylight robbery usually = an honest mistake.
Tho if I was an AH rep I'd have you on ignore by now it feels like you just don't stop moaning about them.

Think this is just a mistake. Did they take this funds from you, or is it just reflecting that?

Doesnt bother contacting them to fix a systemerror before posting? Damn i can see why your reputation precedes you

Im also having a problem. My line was only activated 2 days ago. I got an invoice for the line and days package at full price, and on top of that the line and data package at pro rata rates.

I think some sort of system error that needs to be sorted out.

I have contacted them. Lets hope it gets sorted.

Wtf is this Afrihost? - (I post in OT, becuase AH can delete stuff in the ISP threads)

Morning! :)

That looks like it's a custom promotional package, we don't adjust the pricing on those packages. If you received a special promotional price we want to ensure that you will continue to have access to it. That being said, that package looks pretty old as we haven't had that exact package in awhile.

When did you sign-up for it?

You can just select one of the current Capped accounts from the ClientZone by going to Connectivity, choosing the package and then selecting Edit Package.

You were probably invoiced for December as well as the pro-rata price for November. :)

We submit the payments on the 1st of the month for the coming month.

Meanwhile the debit order goes off somewhere between then and the 4th of the month.
Always the customer's fault.
Refuse to accept EFT payments- despite my bank picking your account details up automatically.

I don't think I blamed anyone there... :erm: I was simply providing an explanation as to why Kav33r would have received both an invoice for a pro-rata amount as well as for a full-amount.
