Afrihost debit order activation

How do i go by activating my debiy order, I have done everything but and gave my account number but i dont see a debit as per Afrihost institution in my bank statement, must i set it up manually by going to the bank or Afrihost will debit the R1, Afriguy help
 
Post your bank details here and someone will set up a debit order for you.
 
I'm with BlackMamba on this one. I've already got a Debit Order in place for another service I'm getting from them, but signed up for their mobile data promo, and they're asking me to enter the transaction code on my bank statement to verify my Debit Order.

Only problem is, they haven't actually debited me yet, so I can't do it. At any rate, the service appears to be active, I just can't go OOB.
 
They're supposed to set it up after receiving your approval (signature / online "accept").

Really not your problem. I'd just relax & if there is a problem you can always throw a massive tantrum on mybb later.
 
The R1 for the #DataForAll promo is once off. They just deduct the R1 once and you get 250mb per month till January.

Yes, but they still seem to nag you for Debit Order Verification. I think they need it if you want to go OOB at 10c per MB.
 
I registered for a trial account to give them a test as I considered switching. Everyday I get sms's and emails to submit my id for the account to be activated. I sent my id and uploaded it on clientzone but no luck for weeks now. They can forget about getting my money.

Hi

The debit order may take some time for your bank to process it. Once done, the confirmation code will be available on your statement.

The docs may have been rejected, has our team been in touch at all?
