Afrihost down? 403 forbidden?

anyone experiencing downtime? All my websites say "403 forbidden"!?

I was working on 2 of them earlier, all of a sudden, everything down... Cpanels work, but none of them I can access directly to their index.html/index.php



Any help? Any suggestions? Their helpline is closed. crappy service I must say

Afrihost.com? A trace route to www.afrihost.com ends up in London UK------ 9 hops, 181 ms
Afrihost.co.za ends up taking 16 hops to get nowhere --------

Just had a look at the server and that's performing OK, but I see your page is pushing a huge amount of info when it opens. It opens quite slowly for me.
