We had an unfortunate run in the last 24 hours, and had three separate issues which impacted hosting in Bryanston.
At around 12:00pm (midday) yesterday, we lost connectivity to the DC for about 30 minutes
Similarly at 12:00am (midnight) we lost connectivity also for about 30 minutes.
Today's outtage lasted just over an hour, and was ultimately resolved around 10am or thereabouts.
We are still investigating with IS to find the cause of the connectivity issues. We don't know for if DOS or DDOS was at play, but we're satisfied that necessary steps have been taken to ensure this will not happen again, and the network is being closely monitored.
We're sorry for any inconvenience caused, we can imagine that this much downtime (in such a short period) must be horrible. Many of our own systems (like corporate site and ClientZone) were also affected.
All systems are now 100% restored.
