jhb is slowly but surely coming back online, they have apparently rectified the issue. start restarting the routers and spamming the auth requests

Waited in line for the Afrihost call centre to answer and they just put the phone down on you!
I think there is only one person sitting there accepting the calls and then just cutting them off!

Its 09H30. The issue was resolved 8H30. How long can it take to authenticate. This is BS.

Seriously need to give this Afrihost think a re-consideration. Caller number 156 @ 9H30

One of my clients couldn't authenticate this morning. It seems to be resolved now.
According to their Twitter feed they identified the root cause and were rectifying it.
