Afrihost Email Spam filters

I have an afrihost adsl account, quite happy with it.
I am trying to recover some mmo game's account and their support staff tells me that the mail with temp password was sent.
I do not get it however.

So, do afrihost filter their afrihost domain users email for spam?

We do include very basic spam filters on our free email addresses. However this should not affect any legitimate sender who is not listed with Spam Authorities like SpamExperts

I have gone through 6 password recoveries now, the game support staff says that the mail with password is definitely sent to my email, but I do not receive it.

Is it possible to check in the basic spam filtering I get?

Thing is I don't know if we can make changes for your mailbox without affecting all other mailboxes. Maybe get them to send the email to an alternative address, like a gmail address?

Otherwise, send me the details and I'll see if there is anything possible on our side
