Afrihost Fiber Can't Fix Slow Internet

Yet another day my Afrihost Fiber (Vumatel) down speed appears to be capped at 2Mbps.
Tickets were made yesterday and escalated, then escalated again, but looks like I'm going to be stuck at 2Mbps for the whole weekend.

Having the same issue with Afrihost on Octotel. Friday had virtually no internet. Afrihost logged a ticket with Octotel but received no feedback.

This morning my 50mb line was only getting 6mb download. Suggestion from Afrihost support was to reboot the ONT. This surely can't be the solution.
