Afrihost FTP Problem

I signed up to afrihost today for hosting.
I have created a MySQL database and I am now trying to log into my ftp account.

I am using FileZilla but i cannot seem to log in.
I get the following error:

Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

I am pretty sure I am logging in with the correct details.

Anyone know how to troubleshoot something like this?

Not really sure. Perhaps give support a call. They don't answer calls at this time (for ADSL anyway) but you can log a ticket and ask to be called by them.

Also, this isn't the ideal sub forum to get the information you want

SSL enabled?

I prefer using FlashFXP or FTPRush. FileZilla sucks balls tbh.

Got it working, had one incorrect detail.
