When Hetzner/MTN goes down, they don't tell anybody what is happening.

Sorry we haven't been paying attention to MyBB yesterday, as you can imagine, we were dealing with a flood of problems at the Data Centre. Thankfully all has been resolved, and we're busy trying to assess the impact on ourselves and the clients.

Thanks to all our clients for bearing with us, and giving us the opportunity to get things fixed as quickly as possible.

We are still investigating, I'm waiting for the official report on the outtage. We have appointed a team who are reviewing the events and possible causes.

It's back now... Murphy's law... it came back right after I posted.

But I know it will disappear again soon... seems to be some kind of DNS problem.

My ADSL connection with Afrihost was down until 09:30 today. Since then no problems.

Telkom had routed some of MTN's subnets to multiple routers which resulted in multiple subscribers getting issued the same IP. Took them a while to resolve but as of this morning all duplicates should have been cleared.

The afrihost website, client login and my domains down for the past 20 minutes, back up now.

Sheer bad luck that each time this happens I'm busy trying to show my customers our product.
