We are currently experiencing a high-temperature event in one of our rooms at MTN Gallo Manor. To preserve hardware and prevent data loss, shared and dedicated servers in this room have been shut down. Our teams are on-site attending to the issue and we will provide feedback as soon as possible.

Apologies for the issues experienced.

The cooling tower has been restarted and temperatures are back to normal.

We are starting up the affected servers.

hold on , isnt this the same data center that had some aircons go faulty a few months back.They then had to use mobile diy aircons that you buy at makro/game :unsure::unsure::unsure:

It's not the same that was IS data centre but yes we did have an outage.
