local only bandwidth will become obsolete during the course of this year.
Why not get a terminal server, or remote into an office workstation if you need to do work from home?uhm because I VPN and trasfer almost 3GB a day from the office to my house? (Office is in ZA)

You can get 30GB local only from OpenWeb or WebAfrica for like R130 !
If you setup your routing tables correctly, you could easily run both your international Afrihost & OpenWeb/WebAfrica accounts simultaneously (with local stuff going through the local only account ofc).
With those local only accounts you should be able to get your full 4Mbps line speed: 24/7.
Since the 90GB local only would cost you almost R500 already, you could get uncapped from like SOAL or another ISP - but that would be limited to only 384kbps I guess.
I'm with Smooth Criminal on this one: could you perhaps reduce the amount of data being transfered between your home & office?
