Afrihost LOS Light (Red)

This is very weird, I had internet the whole morning till around 2:30pm. Network dropped then I see that there is a red flashing light in the "LOS" and "PON" is completely off.

Is this some issue that will correct itself?

I have rebooted many times but nothing.
 
This **** is so random. I have contact afrihost but no reply, need a vuma technician to sort this out. Any way to contact them asap?

Yes that's what happens when a tappet nearby digs into the ground without regard. Any excavations nearby?
Good luck, because you're going to be without internet for the rest of this week, or until VUMA pull the finger out and resplice

Thanks, Afrigirl confirmed that my area (Phoenix) has an issue. Not sure how long Vuma will take to sort this out but hopefully soon.

I don't see any work being done. But the incident was reported I see. Losing out on internet this week is not good with work piling up. Can't even buy data because it's so expensive
