Love Afrihost, would recommend their service to anyone!
Last week they delivered my Zest T1 device and unfortunately my device was faulty from the word go. Zest Technical department did their best to help me via remotely connecting to my computer and would give me a set of instructions on notepad but unfortunately they couldn't load the IMEI on the device. First thing on Monday morning got hold of Afrihost in less than 3 hours time the courier collected the faulty handset, next morning(today) new phoned arrived operating as it is suppose 2. Afrihost took less than 16 hours to resolve the matter. I am happy go lucky Zest fan now
Advice to anyone looking to order a Zest T1 in future from Afrihost/Zest Mobile make sure it is operational and that an IMEI is displayed *#06# before the courier leaves that way if it is faulty tell the courier to take it back to the sender
