Thats it, I'll be cancelling my Mobile data package at the end of this month :/

Thanks AH I do realise that it's not your fault but I really can't handle an apparent "H+" connection that works like this.
 
Im having troubles connecting, I have tried resetting my device as well as trying a different device, please help?

Definitely looks from this like your experience would be pretty horrible. Were you on 3G or 2G service when you ran this test?
 
@afrireps: do we still get randomly available double data topups if we haven't signed up to AH+?
 
usually it just takes one of there reps to reset the account but they all seem to be missing in action.
