im sorted re prepaid data. works 100%, so very happy with this. Now just hope that the network is stable, and i get good solid speeds

If you've paid via debit order it may take a few days to reflect. Shouldn't be anything to sorry about though.
 
I was surprised that I couldn't access the client zone when my iPad bundle ran out. I had to go onto the client zone from my PC to buy top-up.

It's something we're working on fixing :) Hopefully soon you'll be able to topup once Capped.

Looks like that one hop isn't coping very well :(
Is that still the case this morning?

I have not checked this morning, but it was a bit better later last night, I'll send you a PM
 
My AH mobile has been working fairly well over the last few months.

My MTN signal is still bad - but I'm getting decent throughput on the account - and only need to reset the connection once in a while.
