Confirming there's an issue here. Running resets on my end hasn't seemed to have helped.
Our Engineers have logged an urgent query with MTN directly - we're working with them to see this resolved.

Looks like it's a problems specifically with our APN, not a general MTN outage.

Yes this seems to be the case, I can confirm I have the same issue with Axxess as well.
