I'm getting throughput again... Just in time for the capped bug to appear, to disable me from using the throughput....![]()
Called them.
They reset it.
Guess what just happened...
CAPPED again. Call again. 37 in queue.
Really not happy.

I see no point in PMing you - I have mailed support numerous times, and they've "checked my account" numerous times - you've already said you have no solution to the capped webpage problem - let us know when it's fixed. Not going to waste my time sending PMs that mean nothing.

I know it's not your fault.
But the last week has just been a killer.
Business DSL also slow due to capacity issues and now this.
I'll be fine again in 30 minutes. Just got a bit much haha.

I've had it reset a few times, then it works for 3 mins and stops again....We are seeing many clients connect when we refresh their accounts on our side. Sometimes it does take a few attempts.
I'm happy to try if you are. From the reports I'm getting, only some clients are experiencing this and most Mobile clients are continuing to get normal service![]()
