Only at my office in Randburg - thinking there is something wrong with MTNs tower that I'm using.Are you getting consistently slow speeds in different locations?
It could be that one tower is currently down or undergoing maintenance which would affect your account from one location, but if you are getting slow speeds from different areas, then we'll need to check the actual sim card and the actual device.

Was the signal in the area OK previously? What does our coverage map say?
It was always perfect - full HSDPA signal and FAST.
I still have decent signal but the data throughput is shocking.
This is both using the MTN APN and the AH APN.
I can't connect at all on my AH apn :wtf:
The MTN apn works just fine.
Speeds in Randburg seem a little better today, not what they were buy a hell of a lot better than they've been for the last week.
@AfriGuy can I get some feedback to my PM please? Using MTN as a backup is extremely costly, and if you guys aren't willing to help then I may as well cancel and take out a bundle directly through them...
Hmmm...connection seems much faster this week (Rondebosch cape town). Been able to stream youtube and browse without pause. Hope it stays this way.
Any issues with the data network this morning? My sister ( I've given her my mifi and 1gb promo SIM ) is having issues downloading books to her kindle over it.
