A week for delivery of a SIM card is a bit excessive, isn't it?

There are a number of factors that go into the sim card delivery process, including the payment method as well as stock levels on our side.

How did you pay for the order?

Well so far its not working yet

That's definitely not helped... I've updated them, and I'll try and get feedback from them ASAP.

I would like to cancel. I have done it on the Control Panel. Please credit.

So I understand the lengthy delay is of the couriers making, due to the RICA requirements.

I wish the couriers provided at least provide the option of popping into their local depot to collect and complete the RICA process in person, rather than having to wait an additional 5 working days for when they can get around to it.

RICA shouldn't cause delays unless documentation is rejected for whatever reason.
Did you manage to sort this out with AfriGenie?

Questions about the B593 fixed mobile offering.
Do I have to order a new sim with it? The order process doesn't seem to have the option of saying that you have an existing sim and you just want the device.
Does the device have HSDPA/3G fall over should the LTE network not cover you yet?

You should be able to purchase the device alone, but make sure that you do have the correct SIM size.

The device has full LTE through to 2G capability :)

This is annoying, tried to but at the lower price but the system wouldn't let me buy with out data, despite being logged in the the client zone. Query react on the response and now at the full price.
Poor show Afrihost.
