Now my connectivity is pretty much non-existent. The only time it seems to work is when there's LTE coverage, and even then at poor speeds. Most of the time it's stuck on 3G and there's 0 connectivity, occasionally jumping to H+, where I get the odd burst of 2-3 kB/s...

BS story my tower is congested also this/ going on for how long? still not fixed

I think these errors get generated when the accounting packets aren't coming through, I know MTN are looking into upgrades for the areas congestion. Once that's done, this issue shouldn't be present anymore.

Just now connected 17 min then I get capped page

If this was true about the congestion by all mean but its 8 in the morning my connection is fine.

If I get the cap page again after 20min I will blow a gasket FIX IT:mad:

PM with your number you're seeing this on and I can have the sessions reset.

The only way I can fix it is to dc wait a few min reconnect then it seems fine again. BUT I can't work like this
 
Yes seems to fixed it. Is there no way you guys can make it that we can reset it via clientzone?

Because last night at 22:00 no one was online

Nope, everywhere. Unless there's LTE coverage, I have virtually no internet. Complained about this before. It constantly hops between 3G and H+, and even when it manages to settle on H+ for short bit, my general browsing speeds range between 1-3 kB/s. Speedtest completes at the expected speed of around 10 Mbps, but my general internet experience is non-existent...

I think our Dev team are looking into adding more functionality - just not sure around ETAs on when it can be added.

Very weird that it's been seen everywhere :( Have you tried another device too?
Maybe look at forcing 3G or LTE to see if that helps?

Tried another device, tried forcing LTE and 3G. Doesn't make a difference. MTN's network just seems to be up to crap this year and I'm definitely not the only one complaining about it...

I could send you another SIM to see if that's the issue? My experience has been solid in most areas.

How would that affect my contract with Autopage though? I'm using the APN not the Afrihost sim...

Ah, that can complicate things a bit :( Maybe chat to Autopage to test with a new SIM? If the issues are happening consistently I doubt it's related to coverage.
 
The capped page issue is back. Last night and tonight I keep getting the capped page :( Still have 29GB left this month.
