Any chance the mobile android app can be fixed to remember me. I tick the option, but I need to login again everytime.

That's pretty weird, I always thought it did :(

Will check with the developers, we definitely want that :(

If we can't replicate, are you guys willing to test with us?
 
Just some feedback for the guys with Android query on our App:

An auth token is valid for 7 days, thereafter you would be logged out of the app and have to login again.

If you choose remember password, it should populate fields automatically.

It should not be happening every time you open the app though. If that's the case, could I please get a PM with your phone's make, model number and OS version so we can test and replicate.
 
This morning the app does not want to show anything after I logged in. Think part of the problem might be that I use the back key to try and exit the app, which goes back to the login screen. Probably logging me out in the process.
I have a Sony Z1 Compact, running Android 4.4.4.
 
Got 2 mifis that aren't connecting and the afrihost site is giving me a 504 error on my phone (mtn apn).

Has afrihost crashed and burned?

There is currently an issue with our ClientZone and back-end, so for the moment the App won't be running as it should be. Our Dev Team is working to get everything back up again ASAP.

So I've finally got an LTE device for my Afrihost SIM - How do I get me some LTE goodness? :)

For clarity - I'm only getting 3G/HSDPA at the moment, all my settings are set right

We'll need to provision the Mobile Data package for LTE, would you mind sending me a PM with the package in question so that I can get this done ASAP for you. :)
 
Yeah I do - AH APN seems to be working again - but for a while there on the MTN APN everything was fine - but the AH had 0 throughput.

Very strange! May have been that Capped error message cropping up again. If it happens again please let me know!
