I've just received a phone call from the couriers. They haven't a clue where to deliver my SIM card to.
I filled in my address in the address verification tool (which, as I have mentioned a few times, is broken) and when I got an email confirming the address, which was obviously incorrect, I then replied to that email making it extremely clear what the address should be, and got a cheerful reply saying that it had been corrected. And now, as usual, the couriers can't make head or tail of it, because it's wrong. And Afrihost won't correct it, because it's their system.
I suppose if the majority of clients get their stuff that's good enough...
