I've just received a phone call from the couriers. They haven't a clue where to deliver my SIM card to.

I filled in my address in the address verification tool (which, as I have mentioned a few times, is broken) and when I got an email confirming the address, which was obviously incorrect, I then replied to that email making it extremely clear what the address should be, and got a cheerful reply saying that it had been corrected. And now, as usual, the couriers can't make head or tail of it, because it's wrong. And Afrihost won't correct it, because it's their system.

I suppose if the majority of clients get their stuff that's good enough...

Hmmm, the Courier should definitely not have an issue getting to you once they have confirmed the updated address. Would you mind sending me a PM with your ClientZone username and the address that your account should be delivered to.
 
Second day with net being down more than up. Call logged but still not resolved...
 
Well they have refreshed my connection and it didn't help. Don't know if that is the same as reset/synchronize?
 
I don't know anyone with mtn but will ask around. I have even installed the Sim in a phone to verify that it isn't the router.

Are you hitting the capped page when you have data, or are you simply not able to connect on the APN? What kind of error are you getting?

Reset, sync, refresh generally mean the same thing. We refresh your profile on our server to ensure that your settings are up to date and that you should be able to establish a connection :(

Getting the capped page with like 7gig cap left, but here is the thing i only get the capped page some times, rest of the times just page was unable to load or just times out.

Definitely seems weird. What changes are you making? Are you deleting APN or anything like that?

Maybe drop me a PM so we can try and fix this :(
 
Seems to happen when I play eve my data stops ... and I can't seem to know why. till I load a page and Firefox starts telling me its loading capped @ afrihost.. but this is only like once a week or twice.. irritating yes. but better then you guys

Are you commenting on a different provider in your post here? Not sure if I quite understand :(
