Well you definitely have a bigger sample size than I do, but the end-of-the-month correlation with my problems is pretty consistent.We are aware of these issues, to my knowledge it doesn't get any better or worse in general according to the time of the month, some users experience this at different times.

I've been having great throughput until lately.
Speed tests were in the region of 24mb down / 15mb up.
Until about a week or so ago.
Now I'm getting around 60k.
Whats going on here ?

Could be some maintenance happening on the closest tower. Is in only in a single location or everywhere?
