Something seems to off changed because I got a DNS error trying to load a web page that's different at least. going to try another reboot.

Freaking PlayStation needs a firmware update aaaarrrrggghhh.

Please bear with us a little longer. It should connect becuase MTN are reporting that they believe they've resolved the issue.
Can you please at least tell us what the issue appears to be/has been. Never in 15yrs of cellphone useage have I experienced such extended down time, I was offline completely/no service for 3 days, now it's just the data that's intermittent.

Got a feeling it's some kind of backend dispute between Afrihost and the team at Mtn, a bit of cloak and daggers.

definitely not a dispute, but a backend technical issue which I think only the most senior engineers could explain accurately. But something related to very advanced networking that went a bit pear shaped and some users were affected by this :(

Seems it's been even longer for some people when I looked around Google.
