I seem to have had a few issues where I had zero throughput put full signal etc. Happened Sunday and again on Monday. Any ideas why Afriguy?
 
Just posted a network notice around an APN issue we're seeing affecting some clients in and around CPT.
We're working on it :)
 
Looks like the issues are more widespread that what we initially though.
A call is open with our team and we're working on a fix :)

EDIT: Scratch that, seeing a trend of queries coming in from CPT. What area are you in?

Mobile data not working. CPT. Throughout suburbs. No luck for almost 3 hours. Please provide with clear explanation and how are you planning to compensate for this failure of service?

Only seems to be affecting a small group of clients though - please try cycling aeroplane mode to see if that helps.
 
Nope the old, turn it off and then on again doesn't work.

It is a poor showing that the service has not been available for over 3 hours.
 
Sorry to hear about the issues here.
Is the problem only present in one area or is it seen across the board?

I have a Huawei mobile broadband router B593s-601 with afrihost sim. I dont take it with me when I am out and about. I use it at home.

At the suggestion of the support agent I have borrowed my parents Mifi device to see if it also has issues. Currently everything is working. Since its an intermittant problem I have not been able to verify anything, both devices are working.

I'm afraid this is a known outage, our team are doing their best to normalise services.

I can't say at this stage just yet I'm afraid. We're concentrating on fixing the outages as a priority.
If you'd like to create a billing dispute you're more than welcome to, however it'll only be reviewed once the problem at hand is resolved.
