@Afrigirl Can you confirm if VoWIFI, VoLTE and international roaming are available yet on Airmobile? Been waiting a few years now for this since you guys launched.

When I travel abroad I am able to receive SMS messages (which is useful for the odd website that still sends OTPs that way), even though calls and VoLTE does not work yet.

Hi,

We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced during your previous eSIM transfer.

The issue was identified with our service provider, which prevented eSIMs from being transferred successfully. We can confirm that this issue has since been resolved.

To move your Airmobile eSIM to your new iPhone, please follow these steps:

1. On your old iPhone, go to Settings > Mobile Service.
2. Select the Airmobile eSIM you wish to remove.
3. Scroll down and select Delete eSIM.
4. Confirm the removal by selecting Delete eSIM again when prompted.
5. Once removed, the eSIM may display as No SIM.
6. Proceed with setting up the eSIM on your new iPhone by following the activation instructions provided on our website.

I followed these steps and now get this error:
"Please Try again. The eSIM can no longer be installed. Please request a SIM swap in the AirMobile app to get a new eSIM. [C.OA.MVNO.SDOC.182]"
