Airmobile is a new MVNO solution and we do not offer the 1GB free.

Would have been nice if we gotten a email or something in that line.Why I signed up for it is so I can use the extra gigs for my phone and camera

Just removing it not mentioning it to your clients?

Oh I thought I was the only one having data transfer issues, it would have been nice to be told in advance that the transfer option on the uncapped package was going to be discontinued, the reason I went for the Afrihost uncapped package was due to the 50gig data sharing option for my family.

How long do they take to deliver a SIM? I ordered one last week Thursday and the app still says " We are waiting for your SIM card to be provisioned".

One would think that could be done within a minute?

SIM delivery may take 3 to 6 days.

The sim was delivered this afternoon. Thanks again for stepping in.

Some feedback:
POSITIVE - Setup was quick and flawless. It activated in less than a minute. The mobile app is an absolute pleasure to use. The free start-up data and airtime is pretty generous. The SIM was protected inside a small but sturdy cardboard folder

NEGATIVE - The SIM, inside the cardboard folder, was shipped in a BEEEEG plastic bag. The bag is rather hefty and it's close to double the size of a typical checkers bag. I'm sure that there could be a better way to package for shipping...
