Afrihost mobile worth it?

This is how to NOT do customer service:

Thank you for your response.
We understand that the SIM was working however in an instance where it has been deactivated by MTN there is unfortunatly no other way to get you connected unless you get a new SIM card.

I also have a mobile account for my mom with AH and only issue was that the whatsapp messages were delayed but that didnt happen in a while now. Pitty I cant get it on my Telkom mobile sim though.

Our Team is working with MTN to get this issue resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience here, ghostim. As mentioned in the previous threads, signing up for an APN with a prepaid number will be the quickest resolution to your problem, but our Mobile Team is working on restoring services to your existing SIM.
