Very low latency = no congestion. :)

my 20 lines are in Boom street not very far from there and i test 5 accounts and they all do the same but hopefully i get my 50mb dedicated link before Christmas...

Your latency to your exchange is very up and down here, should be no where near what's reflected here.
Could you run the same test on one of your other accounts to confirm if the issue is replicated there too?
 
as you can see lara my internal ping are below 10 and that are running on wireless about 9km wireless

The latency to the exchange here is concerning though :(
Have you tested with the Telkom guest account (although not always accurate) or a backup ISP?
 
i have an webafrica free acount no data left it runs full line speed last night when i downloaded arrow
 
Well done AH. New network works decently.
Just wish my f***ing exchange will be fixed so I can enjoy it in the evenings.
