Got the following message from Telkom:

Dear Customer, please note that Telkom has identified a network outage in your area. If your service is affected, you may report a fault by replying YES to this message within 24 hours. If you are unable to reply within the first 24 hours, please call 10210 (Residential) or 10217 (Business). Telkom

Should I respond with YES given that my speeds are just as crappy as normal given the problem at my exchange (just scared my previous fault gets overwritten) or what do you reckon?

Have we had a fault logged for you? Or is this Telkom attending to an issue in the area?

There has been multiple faults logged since February regarding my exchange.
I have no idea what outtage they are referring to but the performance is definitely as shyte as usual.

Are you able to find out what outtage they are on about? Are they referring to my exchange or is this a whole new issue?

Its been updating for hours without the speed getting better from Akamai. Other speeds are good.
 
Twitch broken for me again ... :(

P2P speeds down the pooper as well it seems .. ... Speedtest showing max of 5.5mbps on my 10meg package
