The latency is still low compared to my 300 to 600ms at times. Speed has dropped back to around 3.5mbps. Not sure what happened there though

Would like to see what your sync stats are prior to the reset. It could be a sync degrade, but would be concerned if your SNR changes, could mean that the line is becoming unstable :(

I thought that was good. Which part is the bad part AM? The jitter? Or the upload?

The jitter would be very worrying, but seeing both the upload and download improve immediately, definitely a little concerning. Depends on how much the performance degrades before it needs to be reset and if it's consistent.
