Afripeeps, it looks like my midnight data usage is showing double the amount I've used?

Ugh my line is not syncing. Damn, just all of a sudden stopped working. Now fault has been logged and need to wait on a technician

Ugh, that's irksome! Hopefully Telkom can get the line fixed ASAP!

That's strange... I wonder if it isn't maybe duplicating the usage between your regular Afrihost account and your Afrigreen account. Would you mind posting a screenshot?

Also, would it be possible to split anytime and midnight usage on the graph?

Our Team is working on that update for the ClientZone, so we should have it up and running soon. :)

How have you been tracking your after-hours usage? I just need to get an idea of what you are actually using after-hours.

Yeh the router is still flickering, but there is no throughput. So now stuck with no connection, and at the mercy of these technitians who may or may not pitch anytime soon.

I only use sabnzb for after hours downloads..other than that usage is extremely minimal after midnight.

As you can see, this month I've only done 100gb's worth of nzb downloads. Around 10% of that has been during the day using anytime data. It pretty much comes to half that is reflected on the clientzone :)

Thanks! We'll get on this. I would rather that you have more bandwidth usage reflecting after hours, than less and having your Regular Cap being used towards it.

My apologies, but I'm not too familiar with NZBs, but do you also upload parts of files as in Torrents? Does that bandwidth usage reflect that uploading as well?

It's really not a big deal i just wanted to point it out and see if it was happening to anyone else :)

There is no uploading at all when downloading nzb's..downloading straight from a server.

Thanks! I just wanted to make sure I had all the facts before sending it through to our Team. :) The more information we have available the quicker it is to correct the issue.

why I can't access the "statistics page"?

In the "connectivity page" it shows I used 31%, but 68Gb remaining. (75Gb capped a/c)....... why?

Looks like there is an issue with the usage area in the ClientZone at the moment, we're looking into it now. Thanks for letting us know!

as I know the download between 00:00 to 06:00 didn't count, so my "remaining" data didn't deduct but the "used percentage" is still increasing. and can you make the page easier to access the statistics, I really don't know how to do it. thank you. :)

Definitely a priority for us! :)

Each region has it's own DNS Servers corresponding with local CDNs and caches, so 169.1.2.1 and 169.1.2.2 are the Cape Town DNS servers and caches, which will ensure that you receive the best possible performance. You are welcome to use 169.1.1.1 and 169.1.1.2, but you should see a slightly better experience on Automatic DNS. :)

So does this mean I have to change my DNS to Auto instead of having it on

Primary 169.1.1.1
Secondary 169.1.1.2

I'm in Cape Town btw and was told a really long time ago I should use the above mentioned DNS settings.

The call enter at AH isn't working, I phone in and when I'm in the queue I get kicked to the main menu.

We've had ongoing issues today with our phone lines, we've gotten it mostly running normally, but it looks like there are still one or two issues that are creeping in from time to time. Is there anything that I can help with?

I resorted to phoning telkom, but I'll phone AH if I don't get any feedback in the next 2 days.
