Have you tried pushing with sharp sticks? Cattle prods?I can imagine... Exchange Congestion is personally for me one of the most frustrating issues to try get resolved. We'll keep pushing Telkom for an ETR.

Does anyone know why my P2P tanks each night at about 7pm (drops down to about 5kbs from 200kbs) and then at 12am it picks up again to full speed.
HTTP downloads are not affected, its been happening for the last 4 days.

Nothing I can see from this side. Do you have any tests we can look at?
Did notice a drop in github download speeds, however it's all back now.
