DHCP is so that the router automatically assigns IP Addresses to each device on the network, you don't have to set it up yourself.
The Start/End IP are the IP Addresses assigned to each device.

The two lines with DNS server are what you are interested in.

Could Kodi be an issue for my streaming issues? I only use it for local play back and the TED addon. But the TED addon seems to buffer, but not netflix. I know I can install the TED app separately, but just wondering
 
Anyone having problems with Skype? its working fine over mobile but is really spotty on DSL, conecting and dc all the time.

Try using the DNS servers AfriGenie mentioned above, you're using a mix of the Souths secondary DNS server as a primary and Google's primary as a secondary.

Also, not sure if there would be any local conflicts with your local DHCP allocations, most local networks are usually 10.0.0.* or 192.168.1.*

Had a pretty lengthy chat on Skype last night myself and didn't notice any issues.
Was it just Skype for you, or was the experience a bit spotty across the board?

My free after hour data is no longer reflecting on clientzone, is this a general issue?
 
okay Charl has confirmed, the exchange i am connected to had some issue, and they are busy working on it. Definitely congestion during the evening right now, but he has logged a fault for me :)
