Hi guys! Saw a bit of a speed wobble in the North. It seems to be fixed already. Please reboot your routers and test again. If you're still having trouble, please PM me your usernames and I'll send them on to our network team right away! :)

Something is wrong, fess up.

No conspiracy here! :p As I mentioned, we saw a bit of a wobble in the North... I must admit that I don't have the exact info right now, but the issue was brief and has been resolved already. :) If you're still having trouble, drop me a PM with your username and I'll check it out!

Hi Folks, somehow I dont think much has been fixed - getting in excess of 35K ping on my fav MMO ..... QQ (yep, for the record, on WA account, it flows smooth ~300ms)

After a few hrs of smooth sailing on my WA free account, I logged back in via my AH account - eeeeeek!

PingPlotter shows sever packet loss on hops 3 and 4.AH.jpg

My connection hasn't dropped once since switching to my backup ISPAfrika account. Sorry Afrihost, looks like the problem is your side.

Yip, something is wrong. Connection but no throughput.

I had throughput on Afrihost, but the connection would drop every 30 minutes or so and require a router reboot. Infuriating if you're streaming or gaming.

Speeds are fine in the east, but extreme jitter. One minute latency is 16ms then 112ms then 16ms. Like a yoyo.
Edit: Mweb account seems fine.

Done! :) Please restart your router.

Thanks :) think my issue is at the exchange sadly. The reset didnt solve my issue, so the line is broken somewhere. :(

Lets hope they contact me quickly, as they normally use to respond to me at least the next day with a call.

Had to switch back to ISPAfrika. Connection dropped again.

Can you please drop me a PM so I can see what our Radius is showing as the cause of the disconnections. We definitely need to check that out if you're getting a constant connection on another ISP :(

Not the best results. I know we had some problems last night, so it may have taken some time to fully normalise. We'll keep a close eye on this today :(

That's not cool. Might still be the issue from yesterday normalising. Please check in today so we can see if this is improving :(

Holding thumbs for you. Please keep us updated. One victory against exchange congestion is a victory for us all ;)

Please drop me a PM so I can check your account here. We shouldn't be having auth problems :(
I sent it to afrifella last night, just before he went offline.

And you can't say I was making this up, I couldn't open nor do anything. Output = 0bits/sec

I totally believe you. AfriFella only comes in at 12 today, so I'll have to check myself. Otherwise he'll follow up as soon as he arrives :(
