Hehe, no worries
The command should look like this:
mtr --report mybroadband.co.za
You may need to install the package, depending on what flavour of Linux you're using:
Ubuntu/Debian:
sudo apt-get install mtr
CentOS/Fedora:
yum install mtr
Arch:
pacman -S mtr

Hmmm your packet loss is happening on the same hop. Have you tried playing around with DNS?

No, the router obtain it automatically. Can't say that I noticed a difference in browsing and YouTube performance.

Tested it again and no loss. I was playing a YouTube video during the previous tests. Maybe it affected the results.

Hmm...Drop me a PM with your username and I'll check it out.
PS doesn't show download rate, I can assure you it's 4Mbps, as I often watch in my router when streaming YouTube etc. If it was 4MB that download wouldn't have taken all day. Was only 19Gigs. I have seen that same graph peak at 37Mbps.
