Thanks Johnatan56. You are 100% right, I get a major disconnect for 10-15 minutes every morning at about 8am. This is the first time I have some explanation for this.
 
Try disconnecting it and seeing if your SNR improves.

Before I do that, do you know what the maximum speed I'd get with those figures might be? The location of my exchange may mean that I should be able to get up to 20/40MB, but I have no desire to do so, so I may not have a problem. Or do you think there's already a problem, in looking at the YouTube test?
