I mention these issues as they were NOT resolved, and the supersport issue remains. I eventually cancelled this part of my dstv subscription because it was never resolved. I have see other users report similar experience. You say things are fixed and resolved, I do not agree with that at all, things are ignored and you hope people will move on.

You also have to wonder about these users that post fantastic results continuously, never had an issue ever seems all to strange.

There are no issues with Supersport streaming.
Please take a look at your PM so we can work towards a resolution.

Everyone is open to posting their results. Some are good, others aren't. Again, I really fail to see how worrying about other users results/ feedback is a healthy engagement. Let's just tackle your query and move on now.

It does show consistency in up and download speed.

If you don't like speed tests will MTR tests suffice?

It would still be useful to see some test results. :) But, I believe our team are currently working with you to resolve your issues.

Doesn't look too good! :( I haven't seen any general issues in the east tonight. Your latency looks very high and is coming in early! Were you running any services while testing, perhaps?

Testing to google.co.za showed packet loss on the third hop whereas google.com didn't. There wasn't any downloads running when I did the tests.

Looked into it more and I think that it might have been the router. Sorry for the false alarm!

On another note, I am trying to call someone on Google hangouts and it is terribly laggy. It's like a skype call while syncing 10 dropbox accounts on a 1mbps line. Is this a known thing, or is it because it's trying to router internationally or something?

Weird! It's ultimately taking the same route... Have you tried playing around with DNS? (Sorry if I ask this too often! ) :P

Glad you located your issue! :) LaraC just pointed up some packet loss to google.com... Not sure if yours could be related! Have you tried playing around with DNS?

No, I leave the router to detect the DNS server automatically. There is a difference in the route from hop 7 to 10.
 
Anyone else having Twitch Issues ?

I get 100% packet loss to twitch, cannot load a single stream. Last night I was watching 2 streams @ once and now nothing at all

Ah you're right, my mistake! Not sure what to suggest besides trying different DNS... Are you finding your Google services are affected as a result? giggity is mentioning trouble with Google Hangouts.
