Nah I didn't. Just waited it out. This morning I was unable to load Netflix, not sure if it is a network issue or a XBone issue. Will check this avie.

Not picking up on anything from our monitoring, shout if you see similar results and we can run through some tests to identify where the issues are creeping in.
 
Everything is 99% the 1% being Facebook, the only site that is slow and sometimes does not load at all?

Switching to Internet Solutions account and Facebook is fine?

YouTube, CNN, BBC, Gmail all load fine...

Pricing pricing pricing :( Your 100GB is cheaper than Vox and CW, but you guys have no roll over or midnight data. Really need to sort this out asap Afriguy, as this apart from great service, quality and so on is very key part to any business, or at least most of the times it is :D

Your computer might be a reason for poor performance. To eliminate it you could look at your task manager to identify if a device or process is malfunctioning.

Are you pinging a gateway on a 41.170 IP to run your monitoring? Could be why you're seeing packet loss :(

That's pretty odd. Latency is actually better on our trace, so surprised that it performing poorly for you.

Looking at your later posts, can you confirm what DNS you are using?

The Network is very unresponsive at the moment, Speedtest fail to most servers as well.


I have used default auto assigned (169.1.3.1, 169.1.3.2)
I have used 169.1.1.1, 169.1.1.2
I have used 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
I have used 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220

DNS makes no difference,

I have 5 Uncapped 10MBPS lines and 2 Capped 20MBPS lines, all of them have this problem.

Currently on IS account Just to post this, All my problems go away when switching to a Different Backbone.

Exchange is not the problem either

How is the latency to Path of Exile servers recently Afriman? I haven't been around here much, but it was around 250ms the last time I checked 2 weeks ago (London, EU server). Telkom usually gives me ~185ms. If you can tweak that a bit I'd be glad to sign up for a much larger data package :)

funny when a blind man can see on the router that it is not authenticating with the isp but the adsl is on and working on another account
but keep on denying your problems that is always worse after hours and weekends
how can it not affect the throughput if you cant connect there is no throughput

There was an outage in Parow over the weekend, so that is probably why you were experiencing issues. That was confirmed by Telkom.

We've been trying to contact you directly, though we got hold of the main account holder (think it may be your mom) and she confirmed that her experience has been fine and she's not aware of any problems. We've been trying to reach you by email and there has been no reply. I understand the need to air complaints, but if you are not willing to post results or work with the people that we're making available to you to find solutions, then I think the onus is on you to give us a way forward.

You are absolutely welcome to PM me, as always, so that we can find a solution.

I can't tell you, it's not a title that I play. What I'm hearing from the team is that gaming latency to EU should be awesome. Do you have a Free GB account to give it a quick test?
